Glawood Limited is a family-owned company, established in the early 1970s by the current Directors. We have recently restructured our business to include Glawood Estates, Glawood Oak and Gawood Investments.
Today, all four compamies have an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the Sussex and nearby areas.
Many were built and developed by Glawood.
As landlords, we put you first. As our tenant, you can rely upon the professional and personal approach we give to the service and upkeep of our properties.

Katherine Ransom,
Director & CEO
Katherine (BSc Hons MARLA MinstD) has been with Glawood Limited for over 20 years and was appointed CEO in 2018 and Director in 2022.
Brian Maynard Dodd,
Managing Director
Brian (FinstD FNAEA MARLA) founded the business in 1974. He has over 60 years' experience in the property market.
Richard Howes,
Technical Director
Richard (FNAEA MinstD MARLA) is the company co-founder. He has six decades of experience in the property sector.
Laura Lednor,
Accounts Manager and PA
Laura (MAAT) joined us in 2020, with more than 10 years experience in accounting.
