Glawood House

Glawood House in Worthing provides supported independent living. Each sheltered housing studio flat is self-contained. So residents can enjoy their independence but know that help is always available, should they need it.

Glawood House is home to 30 sheltered housing studio flats. It sits within a small complex surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens.

It is situated in Sompting Road, Broadwater, Worthing, West Sussex.

We purpose built the complex and it is owned and managed by us.

Each self-contained rental flat has its own front door. Residents maintain their privacy but enjoy opportunities to join in regular social and communal activities each week.

Tenants are welcomed from age 40 upwards. Many of our residents have enjoyed the benefits of high-quality independent life with us for many years.

The complex is a few minutes' walk from the the neighbourhood of Broadwater and Broadwater Green Park. There’s easy access to Worthing town centre.

Local shops are within walking distance or a short bus ride. They include supermarkets, post office, banks, bakery, hairdressers, cafes and a GP surgery.
